    I was refused my room due to their "No Service Animal" policy. I travel weekly for work and stay all over the country, I have for over 20 years. Never have I been refused a room due to my Service Animal. She asked me for "My Paperwork" and then told me that in her 2 years of working their, they have never allowed any "animals". She then said she would call the owner, and he also said No Service Animals. Im genuinely offended by this. To be discriminated against due to my physical condition is just beyond me. THIS IS A FEDRAL LAW. I had to go pay for another room down the road. They did refund my money but I drove 10 hours to be told I am unable to check in due to my SERVICE ANIMAL. I will never stay at a Best Western again if they actually allow their franchisees to do this. This won't end with this review either, this is not acceptable. *****Now they FLAT OUT LIE, in the reply! Real nice Best Western. Review the tapes, they 100% asked me for "my paperwork". But go ahead, keep lying. We see u.

    I’m writing this to warn others and to hopefully get the attention of management. A family member of mine was staying here for work. At first, everything seemed fine, staff was friendly and the room appeared clean. After a few nights, however, he began noticing small bugs around the bed, which were later confirmed with photos to be bed bugs. When he reported it, an employee named Natasha came to inspect the room and personally found two bugs but claimed she didn’t know what kind they were and would have to speak with management. He was moved to another room for the night. The next day, instead of taking responsibility or showing concern, Natasha informed him, in a very rude manner, that no refund would be given, either for the nights already stayed or for the remaining prepaid nights, and accused him of bringing the bed bugs into the room. This is absolutely unacceptable. The hotel took no accountability, refused a refund, and blamed a paying guest ,a teenager, for an infestation that was already present. This is not only unprofessional but also fraudulent and unethical business behavior. The room was clearly uninhabitable and should never have been rented in that condition. I strongly caution others before booking here. If management does not resolve this issue, I plan to report it to the local health department, the BBB, and the state consumer protection agency. Guests deserve safe, clean accommodations and to be treated with honesty and respect.

    I love this place, clean, new, super friendly staff, and a GREAT breakfast buffet! Lots of parking (I was in a big U-Haul truck). Only drawback was it was 10 miles off of I-35, so a bit out of the way. Holiday Inn quoted me $240, nope, that’s not happening! Hopefully the Choctaw TRIBE gets a cut of the money.

    This brand is going downhill quickly. Last few Plus locations I've stayed at are not worth the extra cost. Rooms smelled like dirty feet. Air conditioner was extremely noisy and there was mold in it. Couch was stained and filthy. I gave 2 stars because the breakfast variety was better than usual and well stocked.
