Wow! I love Lupe! the chef She made our stay beautiful! Really welcoming! Above and beyond! Because of her , we stayed an additional day here - makes good breakfast time n the traditional way not on microwave- very tasty.
She is very friendly- she prepared a special toast on the first day when we were really hungry- Thank you Lupe thank you best western
Update from the last review,I am so mad about this hotel. My husband called and they always said the manager was not there. They printed the paper and gave to manager but we waited for a month for nothing.
Even though my husband left the review and they still told him to call them but they did not do anything. Waste our time 🤬🤬
We booked at Best Western Plus Chicagoland – Countryside during a short trip to the Chicago area. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and made it difficult to relax. Because of this, we decided to check out shortly after arrival. The front desk staff confirmed our checkout and told us that a refund would be processed.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the refund as promised despite multiple follow-ups by phone and email. Eventually, we had to file a dispute with our bank and were issued a temporary refund. Later, we were charged again without any notice.
When we contacted the hotel directly, the staff verified our visit in their records and confirmed our early checkout. They mentioned that a manager would reach out to resolve the matter, but we have not received any communication so far.
This entire experience has been frustrating. I genuinely hope that the hotel improves its communication and refund process to provide better customer service for future guests.
Room was clean, could use some small touch ups but very good for the price. Truck parking is decent. I would come back

Update….
I want to update my previous review and clarify that my stay was definitely at Best Western Plus Chicagoland - Countryside, There is no confusion—I booked and physically came to this hotel for my trip to Chicago.
I personally called the number provided and spoke with staff, who confirmed my stay after reviewing their records and even printed out documents related to my visit. However, after being told a manager would follow up, I have not received any resolution or contact, despite waiting several more days.
For further proof, I also have documented evidence of booking another hotel on the same day after leaving Best Western Plus.
This entire process has been very frustrating and disappointing. I expect a legitimate and prompt resolution.
I stayed at Best Western Plus in Chicago in May, and my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the a/c in the room was extremely dirty and loud. I immediately requested to check out and asked for a refund. The front desk staff assured me the refund would be processed to my bank account. I asked for a copy of the refund and he said it will be sent in my email.
However, after returning from my trip, I waited for months and never received the refund. Despite multiple calls and emails, I got no response or resolution from the hotel. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and they eventually refunded me temporarily.
To my surprise, I recently discovered that Best Western Plus charged me again without any notification or explanation. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I am still currently disputing this unauthorized charge.
I strongly advise future travelers to be cautious and reconsider staying here. Customer service is unresponsive, and they failed to provide a clean room or handle refunds properly. I expect Best Western Plus to resolve this issue promptly and refund the incorrect charge immediately.
