He’s polite, makes a good atmosphere and doesn’t leave anyone unattended and knows the menu (for a hotel there’s quite the selection) like the back of his hand. I AM NOT SOMEONE WHO WRITES REVIEWS EVER. I travel for work and spend months in these places. I truly love coming to the best western. Thank you Al.

- SASol AyoubSep 5, 20251.0I will never stay at a Best Western again. Even this time is was due to IL state contractors exam. The rooms are nasty, pool seem to be their garden view. The smoke alarm keep beeping every 30 seconds at 4:45am. Then some started knocking on my door at 9am.
