  The front desk was not very friendly. The room was not very clean, particularly the mirror the best word soft and comfortable. The eating area was dirty, and the floors were dirty. I would not recommend this place. In addition it advertised a shuttle which it no longer has

  This hotel does NOT have an airport shuttle, which was disappointing due to its proximity. Front desk staff was, as another stated, “indifferent”. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Yes, a little musty smell, but nothing out of the ordinary. Not bad, but have stayed at better. Could be great with a few tweaks.

  Rooms smelled like old play dough. They switched our rooms twice, and both rooms did not have AC. Our temperature in each room did not fall below 79°F. The internet was extremely slow, even for alaskan standards, and kept cutting out. Breakfast was the same our entire stay. Some of the food wasn't cooked fully. Only 5 Star thing the Hotel deserves is one of the front desk ladies(she was extremely helpful with us and tried her best to accommodate our needs) and the coffee machine.

  Staff were welcoming and accomodating, and Dillon was great! He responded immediately to fix our AC, even though it was late and past his quiting time.

  Hotel was dirty. Carpet dirty. The whole Place smelled really bad, misty. Room was ok but still there was stench and ac didn't work well at all. Bed clean thank God. Laundry room was just dirty. Lobby floor was visibly dirty. Staff at front desk was indifferent at best. Worst best western I have stayed at. Very disappointed. Fortunately we did not have to spend much time in hotel due to our itinerary .
