  This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast (incredible selection and quality), friendly staff, amenities (e.g. pool, fitness centre) and rooms are top notch! Keep up the great work! Easy walk into downtown. My only issue was the bed was too firm and pillows too big for me (I was several years younger last time I stayed here and didn't have an issue then).

  If you need to be in Chemainus, especially for a play, this is the place to go. I can't guarantee that the manager will be very nice, but the hotel is good.

  Rooms are great . Most staff amazing. Had an issue with one person at front desk and I emailed the manager but never heard back.

  WOW! Amazing stay at this property. All the staff members go above and beyond to ensure fantastic customer service. Breakfast is THE BEST we had in any of the island hotels we stayed during the trip. Jeevan did a great job while checking in and Kayla was amazing in handling the queries. Very clean and spacious rooms. Value for money. Overall an amazing stay at this property. Highly recommended
