- LMLea Mathers3 days ago3.0I find it deplorable that after staying nearly 2 months and my company spending close to $20,000 when myself or my wife ask to have our room cleaned it is ignored!!!! What kind of audacity!!! Second the manager is rarely up front, I know im on camera and she can see im waiting, but even after her fellow employee tells her im waiting, i still wait a other 10min for her to come out of her room. To boot, the reason I was waiting and the request I made again was not fulfilled. It is an embarrassment to the manager AND the hotel staff combined. Maybe the microtel would prefer my $20,000 because this is unacceptable

- KHKevin HoyAug 17, 20253.0Really like the motel and staff is great, but the wifi is absolutely awful, very low cell service in rooms as well which has nothing to do with the best western but I wish they would change internet providers or have it fixed properly, very hard to communicate with family when away from home.
