    Rooms, breakfast, amenities are fairly standard, not a bad stop for a quick overnight road trip stay. I'd like to recognize the front desk attendant (unfortunately I forgot his name!) for helping us with getting change for the washers/dryers and also notifying me when I left behind something valuable and helping me reunite with it. Stellar customer service!

    Pet Not-So-Friendly! We booked a "Pet Friendly" room online and received a confirmation of the "Total Charged On Arrival." However, when we got there, we were advised that there would be an additional $50 pet charge. The clerk at the counter was super-rude when I expressed confusion. When I asked for her name so I would have it in case the cancellation didn't go through, she refused, saying that I just wanted it so I could splash it all over social media. Huh? I was a fan of Best Westerns but not anymore.

    Location was very convenient. When I went in to the motel the woman in front of me was asking to move locations because her building was attached to apartments on the opposing wall. She was arguing with the receptionist about she had roaches in her night stand. She said she saw black dots on the mattress under the sheets and left immediately. The guy was very nice and moved her to wherever. Then when I went to check in he told me to put my card into a card scanner to pay the $100 deposit that was attached to a laptop of his with stickers and stuff all over it. Looked like a medium priced gaming laptop. I told him what is the legit scanner right here and why would I plug this into your computer. He yelled at me saying this is what everyone uses. It wasn’t right at all. He then wouldn’t let me get a refund on the room because I paid online and stupidly didnt buy the $9 cancellation insurance. Long story short. Buy the insurance and use the payment option on the left not his. And be weary of bugs like any other hotel.

    Management accuses us of stealing. I don't usually write reviews, but keeping this review short and sweet. Basically, - Checked into room in a good state (just for 1 night). Checked out of room in a good state with ALL items as it was the night prior. - Dropped off keys with no problem - Got call/voicemail from hotel saying house keeping noticed items missing. Need to return them or get charged. - Called back to tell them I did not take anything. Manager or owner was very unprofessional and continued to accuse me. - Threatens to blacklist me and hangs up on me mid sentence. So in summary. Checked in as your average customer. Checked out and accused as a thief, with no proof, and blacklisted. Never going back and I don't suggest anybody else patronize them unless you enjoy getting your integrity questioned and blacklisted for something you did not do. Update 8-25 (responding to hotel): - Did it ever occur to you that I took a video of the room simply for my own memories of my trip? I do this for all of my trips and I'm sure other visitors do as well, which you won't know about in your "18 years in the business". - You were already so incensed about your loss that you accused me of premeditated theft and that I purposely took the video so that I can steal said pillows. You said that during the call btw, so what's the point of showing the video. You've already made up your mind that I stole from you. Let the world see this discussion in full view and let them judge. - From the time you SUPPOSEDLY inspected the room until I first checked in, something fell through the cracks and your pillows went missing. Don't blame me on this. I've escalated this up your chain so enough back and fourth here. I'm done.
