  We stayed at Best Western for 2 nights on a weekend getaway to Universal studios. Room and grounds were clean, all of the staff was extremely friendly. Location was convenient for everything we were interested in.

  Room was a bit humid and stuffy but otherwise everything was great with staff and house keeping. Would definitely stay again.

  BED BUGS IN ROOM!!! Checked in to the hotel and the first room they gave me REEKED of foul Oder & cigarettes! Got moved to another room and that one was horrible. I saw there were earplugs on the bedside counter. Assuming they give that to all guests since the walls are so thin you hear every car driving on the street. That’s not even the worst part. It took me a while to fall asleep but when I woke up I had BITES ALL OVER MY LEGS resembling bed bugs bites. I notified the front desk and they said they could move me to another room again. 😭 I got out of there. Don’t recommend staying here

  En general podría decir que es decente, la habitación y el baño estaban limpios y el servicio de las mucamas fue excelente, siento que el lugar está un poco lejos si vas a las atracciones turísticas y hay que manejar en el tráfico de los angeles. Lo que no me gustó para nada fue la atención en recepción la persona de la entrada que nos recibió no era amable y su forma de comunicar era derrogativa, íbamos 3 mujeres y nos hizo sentir incómodas. Obtienes lo que pagas en términos del hotel el espacio pero la atención necesita una ayudadota
