Upon arrival the front desk gave us free breakfast from the restaurant on site for our entire stay. The location was perfect with easy shopping & dining access within walking distance. The Falls/Attractions are only a 5 minute drive away. We enjoyed the quiet area and especially loved the pool area with the indoor garden atrium. Will definitely be returning if we come back to yhe falls area!

The kids absolutely loved it — there are so many amenities to enjoy, including a huge indoor pool, a play gym, and an arcade. Perfect for a family getaway. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. Highly recommend for families!
- PSPeter SchadenbergOct 7, 20251.0Firstly as awesome as Niagara Falls itself is, this hotel is way too far away from the waterfall and the nearby tourist businesses. Best Westerns can be fantastic to spend overnight on the way to your destination, but they are terrible when you're at your destination, these are not resorts. This particular Best Western has the most boring hotel room ever. We have Pluto TV and Tubi on our internet and computers we don't need them on the TV, the Canadian version of Tubi is maximumly underwhelming (if not terrible) anyway. Also there is nothing special about offering Netflix, Disney+, Crave, etc; as a service when you don't an account for those. Seriously when I was at this hotel, I felt like I was in solitary confinement.
