Customer service from Aruna ji was beyond appreciation and any hotel should learn from her how to deal with clients and give them a 11/10 customer experience!!

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um ein Motel, älterer Bauart, was man auch deutlich merkt, besonders wenn man jemanden hat, der das Zimmer darüber bewohnt. Die Lage ist okay, aber direkt neben der Hauptstraße auch entsprechend laut. An der Sauberkeit kann deutlich nachgebessert werden. Ein gesundes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben.
- MMMarkSep 26, 20251.0Delayed my check in by 2 hours with no remorse or any apology. Upon entering my room which has just been cleaned, it had greasy prints on the mirror, tv, and fridge door. Disgusting. Location is trash, nothing close to it. Stay down the street at Holiday Inn Express, it's attached to the mall, full of amenities, and less expensive.
- TRTogun RabySep 22, 20254.0Lovely place with great friendly staff and a good location for driving into Vancouver. The Real Canadian Supermarket close by and a reasonable amount of places to eat. Breakfast was included and had enough options, not loads, but enough that we had two nice mornings with their breakfasts. The gym was clean and tidy, laundry room presentable and all functional. Plenty of parking and easily accessible in all manners. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well presented and spacious for the price, not dated but not modern, very comfy and big bed. Only downsides are the AC is an internal unit, so the compressor makes a lot of noise when it kicks on, and there's no windows to let in air, maybe thats for security, but if you want silence then you could be either too hot or cold depending on time of year. Our fridge was very loud too, but it was fine as we didn't need it so just turned it off. Totally fair for the price we paid, great experience overall. Thanks to all the staff !
