- EMEthan McDade6 days ago1.0Currently staying at this Best Western in Burlington, NC for business, and it’s been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. I booked a five-day stay (around $800), and the WiFi hasn’t worked since check-in. The front desk said there’s nothing they can do — unacceptable for a business traveler. Later that night, while checking on my laundry, the general manager confronted me in front of the entire lobby, questioning if I was even a guest. He demanded my room key and refused to return it until I said my room number out loud — humiliating and unprofessional. His reasoning was “many outside people come in and wonder around” For a brand that claims to value comfort and hospitality, this stay has been the opposite. I expect someone from corporate to reach out regarding this situation. Guests deserve respect, working amenities, and basic professionalism…. Not being called homeless

The breakfast was great and the courtyard and pool area was very cool with great ambience. Every single worker there was extremely kind! Would highly recommend!
