- VGVesalius GoldOct 24, 20254.0overall pleasant hotel in a nice location and decent neighborhood. staff were very kind and helpful The showers were a little troublesome because there's no door on the shower and tends to spray outside all over the floor. room service was okay sometimes they come through sometimes they skip they always answer if you need a help though. overall I would say it's a good place to stay in wish you've said Bay area have fun!

The toilet didn’t even have enough water pressure to flush. Not even basic toiletries, such as hand soap. This place is 2 stars at best.

Clean and comfortable room, the only thing missing was a small microwave so we could reheat some leftover pizza. Their Breakfast area was really good, lots of choices, hot food and great coffee. Also, for being in a Brooklyn area with traffic amd a bus stop, we heard ZERO noises. Quiet, so we could relax and sleep in.

The room smelt like mildew upon our arrival. The toilet in the bathroom had a very loud whistle that would continue for a few minutes after flushing. The breakfast was just bagels and cereal and coffee. Overall would not stay here again. I paid almost $600 for one night. I cannot believe they would even charge that much for such a low quality hotel.
