    Nice hotel. Spacious room with a couch and chair. The hotel has a pool, gym, and pickle ball court.

    We passed by here quite a few times I'm so glad we finally stopped! All day breakfast and a great kids menu. I had a delicious tenderloin, and our waitress was wonderfully hospitable. The atmosphere was❤️❤️❤️

    They advertise hot tub which it has not worked for the Past 6 Months after being shut down by the health department. The men's room in the athletic facility is filthy half the time. The lights are so dim. You cannot see your hand in front of you Showers are filthy handicap shower. Missing a handle for 2 weeks shower in the pool area. Not working for the past month The desk attendance in the athletic facility are half the time not there, which is fine. But God forbid you come in through the front door through the hotel. The front desk personnel there are rude and nasty If you try to ask them a question or give them any sort of suggestions to help improve their facility, all they want to do is argue and fight. Monticello is a tourist town. I think it helps if you smile, look people in the eye and try and say please and thank you as much as possible. They are slowly but surely destroying what used to be a pleasant experience for our visitors from out of town and the local people

    Booked two rooms. Showed up and they said we only have one room because our credit card got declined on the second room plus their manager tried to call and no one answered. We had no missed calls that day and no declined transactions. I called there corporate and they told me that I canceled the room in their comments in the computer system. Long story short six people one room (ugh). Corporate was supposed to follow up four days ago now. I guess this entire franchise doesn’t care about customers and the location front desk/management are liars! Won’t step foot in there again. IN RESPONSE TO THE VALID CREDIT CARD COMMENT FROM THE OWNER. You charged the first room so it was valid!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is absolutely appalling that you would continue to try and blame the issue on me. YOUR LOCATION HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
