- LALizy AmericaOct 8, 20251.0“BEDBUGS” If you're thinking of coming to this hotel right now, think about it. It's full of bedbugs in all the rooms. We're 30 workers and 20 of us are infected. Don't come here. If anyone knows of a lawyer in this area, let me know so I can call them and file a class-action lawsuit. I have small children and when I get home that's when the problems start.

- BWbrittany weeksSep 1, 20252.0I would not recommend anyone to stay here if wanting to swim in a pool since it is down so therefore we were even more upset since we were hoping to go swimming. What really upset me is when the lady at the front desk had double charged me and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to my debit card, we will never be staying here again! Your staff really needs to get there stuff together, didn't even have sheets, pillows or a blanket for the pull out bed, had to go down to the lobby just to get it. They only had sheets, no pillows or blankets. All that was given to me was a $25 card for the snacks room which was almost empty. I have never had this issue with any other hotel that I have stayed at in the area.
- DLDavid LugoAug 31, 20255.0Due to unfortunate circumstances, my family and I had to land in a hotel for a couple weeks. We booked into this hotel and right from the jump, the service was amazing. From the beginning, all the way up to the end of our stay. The rooms were clean and they served delicious hot breakfast every morning. I also wanted to give an extra special shout out to the ladies that run the front desk, Letonya, who treated my family and I with so much kindness, and the shorter woman who works at night who wears the headband at the front desk (sorry didnt catch your name 😅), who was always super friendly and accommodating. Such amazing, friendly, helpful employees who definitely deserve a raise or maybe even some extra vacation time!!! I would definitely stay at this location anytime I'm in the area!!!
