Wonderful stay at the Louisville Best Western. Very quiet, clean, and breakfast was nice. If/when back in town, will only go to this hotel.
This hotel was great and I will definitely stay here again. Everything about this hotel screamed cleanliness, including the breakfast area that served the amazing free breakfast! And hats off to the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff as they do a fantastic job! Thank you!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It is situated in a location not far from Boulder which is perfect for us and lots of eateries nearby. This is by far my most favorite BW hotel. The colors are soft, muted and beautiful. The lobby is quite nice and hallways smell pleasant. The front desk workers are very professional and greet you with a friendly smile. From what I've noticed during the one week that we stayed here, the hotel is very well maintained.
The workers do a good job of keeping everything impeccable. Our room was very clean and towels and bedding smelled so beautiful. I don't know what detergent they use but it reminds me of a baby smell. The ladies are always busy in the laundry room. We requested to have only our bathroom cleaned, but they did the entire room which we appreciated. The cleaning crew are the backbone of the hotel business. Thank you so much.

This Best Western property is really great--it's very clean, quiet, well organized, with friendly and helpful staff. Jeremy in particular goes out of his way to ensure folks feel welcome and goes the extra mile with any questions or needs. The only negative is that strangely, although I wanted to stay longer due to my vehicle being repaired (a van that I live in) the owner apparently prohibits any guest from staying for more than 7 days a month...this seems the opposite of "hospitality," particularly when I am a respectful guest who has paid the various "dynamic pricing" fluctuations in the room rates (the price goes up whenever CU has a football game; sadly, no discounts are offered for former employees of CU -- ironically one who used to tutor the football players. It is very disappointing and inconvenient to have found a great landing spot -- a property way better than even the Marriott across the street -- but then to be blocked from staying longer--even when they aren't sold out. My friends and colleagues are as perplexed and bothered by this policy as I am.

I don't know which hotel Barb Matthew's intended (5 days ago) to review, but there's no way it was Best Western Plus Boulder. The rooms are excepting clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, and the location, just north of Denver, is perfectly located around everything else you need (restaurants, shopping, etc.) And between the major attractions of Denver and the mountains and everything else in between. I've been to seedy places Barb Matthews described, and Best Western is anything but that. They're in the upper echelon of reasonably priced hotels, which is why they were fully booked. Thanks Best
