  We were passing through town and Dakota was very professional and got us in late at night! Rooms were super clean, showers were hot and high pressure, and the beds were really nice. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had!

  Rooms were clean and roomy. Night check-in clerk was super friendly and helpful. Our tub drain did not stay open, which was super annoying for morning showers. The breakfast was a joke. Completely under-serviced. Coffee didn’t work and they were trying to keep up with a 4 cup coffee maker. Food kept running out and the staff complained to one another the entire time that customers were eating the food and drinking the coffee. Up to breakfast, a good stay. Breakfast needs a lot of work and employees need to know what they are there to do.

  Nice place conveniently located for our little getaway. James made us a delicious breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with bacon and potatoes at a hotel? I was pleasantly surprised.

  From a property perspective, overall my experience was pretty good. Check-in was easy, the staff were helpful, and I was up in my room promptly At about 11 o’clock at night, I think it was a church group decided to check in and they were pretty noisy for the next hour. This was on Thursday night, I called the front desk to let them know, I believe they addressed it with the sponsors of the group, after 15 minutes when it didn’t calm down, I called again. Unfortunately, the second night of my day was the same thing, church group unloaded their buses at about 10:30pm with I would guess 50 to 60 kids, they were noisy for about an hour. I would say that the doors are pretty thin, and the floors don’t absorb much energy or noise .
