  When we rented a king size room and arrived the bathroom had one bath towel we went to the front desk to request more towels because we are 2 guests in one room. The lady adk me, are you kidding? No, I need more than one towel. She acted like I was taking her property. She was so rude. Now the lady working in the dinning She was absolutely amazing. She deserved 5 stars. We had to ask the front desk for a few more towels the next day. She handed us one again. This is unreal. We were here 3 nights. We don't have service come in the room because we don't like people in our room when we stay places. We would not recommend this place.

  After checking other hotels in the area I stopped here. The other hotels didn't have friendly or helpful staff. Best Western was different. Sherita G was very helpful in getting me squared away. She was very enjoyable to work with. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay here again.

  Very clean, friendly service, delicious full breakfast! The double king rooms are super spacious and great for families.

  Great for us. Hotel is very clean and extremely quiet. 35 minutes to Pensacola beach or Perdido Key. 1 hour to Fort Walton Beach. Beds were great and I've had 5 back surgeries at Duke.

  This hotel is not worth it. Beds were awful. Not comfortable and paper thin blankets. Breakfast was not ready in the morning and cold coffee from the night before. Will not stay here again. Feel like I wasted my money. Would have been better to sleep in the car.
