Lobby restrooms so clean that a person could recognize professional cleaning. Rooms are spacious and in the suites each room has independent air conditioning and heat. Also centrally located between Morro Bay and Solvang makes our whole trip easy. We would recommend this place to anyone.

- KKKartierSep 19, 20252.0Very mediocre location. They meet the absolute bare minimum on MOST but not all standards. I checked in and the lady gave my room to someone else and mixed up the reservations. So I got a room with two beds instead of one…for myself lol. Cleanliness is decent but the rooms are old and carpets are stained. Breakfast is not terrible but basic, at least it’s included. My review would have been lower but I appreciated the gym and the fact that you can use it later at night. No pests in the room but I was greeted by a cockroach right outside lol. Did not offer water or anything at check in when I’m a diamond member and they didn’t give any info on the property or amenities.
- SBStephanie BucknerSep 11, 20252.0This hotel is currently under construction which should be noted when reservations are being done. Walking in the room was a strong odor of bleach. This room is outdated besides the smart TV. Huge black stains on carpet and stains on sheets. No trash bags in any of the trash cans. And please don't ask about the low water pressure in the bathroom which made it impossible to get a full hair wash done. The amount we were charged for this room and the actual quality is very disappointing. And good luck on parking with the construction trucks parked sideways in handicap spaces and taking up all of the available parking that is closer to the rooms. Don't recommend this hotel at all.
