- SRshannon ray1 day ago5.0If this hotel has no fans I am dead. The shuttles are great. The staff is great. The parking is great. The restaurant across the street is great. It’s very clean with a wonderful breakfast presentation. Overall if I’m in the Baltimore area, this is where I’d stay even if I didn’t need to be near the airport.

No compensation or even a sorry was offered. We have stayed in this hotel for years and never had a problem. Beware… if you decide to book!
- CLCourtney LawrenceOct 24, 20251.0WARNING! ROACHES!!! we have been staying at this hotel for several years. The location is perfect and convenient. The rooms have always been very clean… until this last October 2025 stay. TERRIBLE. There was so much trash, candy wrappers, food wrappers, razors, etc around the nightstand and behind the head of the bed. There were dirty clothes under the chair cushion. When leaving the room we saw a roach in the bed. We notified customer service. Received an email from customer service that a customer complaint ticket was opened. The next day we received another email asking us to rate how they handled the issue. No one even contacted us. I emailed them back and was told in email that they responded to the issue and basically I Didn’t need to send them another email. We were told, “ we will use this as a learning experience” in the last email. No apology, no compensation.. nothing! We will not be staying at this hotel again!! Beware…

The only real drawback is the freezing swimming pool! We asked multiple times for the heat to be turned up, not sure that it was.
