Service was decent, breakfast wasn’t great, the price you pay for this place was not worth it. Would not stay here again. Positives : coffee was great in the morning and shower was great pressure / heat

- JTJenn TSep 21, 20252.0Got to the room and it was dirty. Not all the jets worked on the tub which was the whole point of paying extra for that type of a room. There were cob webs and dust bunnies everywhere, and a brown stain on the bottom sheet. The beds are hard as a rock and pillows were small and uncomfortable. I let the front desk know about the room being dirty. The front desk clerk went and cleaned the room herself, and added soda and water to the refrigerator. She also left snacks for the inconvenience. I was very polite when discussing the issues I had with the room. They should have at least reimbursed me the cost between a jetted tub room and a regular room for both nights. No attempt was made to fix the jets and I wasn't offered another room. The breakfast was poorly managed as there were a room full of people who were there to eat and there was no warm food ready..no eggs, Sausage, potatoes or french toast. The employee running things in the breakfast area clearly wasn't keeping an eye on the level of hot item food. The breakfast was very, very disappointing. I would not stay here again. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk who at least tried to show us some hospitality and kindness. She said she would report our issues to the manager, and he never followed up.
