- DKDavit Khijakadze2 days ago1.0Very rude and unfriendly receptionists! I got a call at 21:30 (when my kids were asleep!) asking me to move my car from the electric charger. When I explained that I had plugged in my car about an hour earlier, they told me that the charger can only be used for one hour until 22:00 (after that, it can be used for the whole night). No one mentioned this rule during check-in, and there’s no sign about it anywhere. When I complained about the late call and said I wasn’t aware of the rule, they just laughed, and a guy just said, “We’re done here!” No apology or acknowledgment of my complaint
- MBMarla BOct 19, 20252.0Just really mediocre. It seems clean, but our room smelled horribly. This hotel is not close to anything and needs a lot of updating. Outlets and usb ports that don't work. Tje toiletries smell really bad. Staff is there and visible but not friendly either.

- ENEd NeufeldSep 23, 20254.0My wife and I had a restful night at this hotel. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy and needed to be turned off at night. As well the toilet in the washroom was very low - about 18 inches off the floor. Going to the washroom was a definite challenge if you lack inner core strength. As expected the WiFi connected and worked wonderfully through our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good, but not outstanding. My wife and I were happy to choose to stay at this happy. If we are ever are in the Bellingham area, this would be the hotel of choice.
