- JTJudy TalleyJun 4, 20251.0Upon my arrival at 4pm there wasn't a clerk at the front desk. There was a note to use the phone on the counter and call 0. I did and it took someone at least 5 minutes to get there and check me in. The room smelled musty and like dog. It was nasty. The tub was dirty, the blanket on the one bed was old and frayed. The carpet was disgusting. I called the front desk to ask about what number a tv channel was on and she didn't know, she was going to check and call me back, which she never did. The next morning I was fixing to put my shirt on which was laid out on the other bed and there was a roach on it. I then went to pick up my luggage cube and it had a roach on it. I told the gal that checked me out and she gave me the manager's name and phone number. She even text her to let her know I'd be calling. I waited about 30 minutes and called, no answer, left a message and never received a return phone call. I travel at least 2 weeks out of a month and I guarantee you I will never stay there again. I'm planning on changing brands of hotels.
