- PRPeters RobertOct 11, 20253.0Andere BW Hotels auf unserer 7'-wöchigen Canadareise waren in jeder um Klassen besser, z.B.das Hotel in Medicine Hat oder Prince Albert. Das Hotel in Banff machte einen "abgegriffenen", dringend erneuerungsbedürftigen Eindruck, z. B. die Sitzmöbel in unserem Zimmer. Die Größe des Frühstücksraumes war ein Witz bei der Zahl der Gäste und die Parkgarage unter dem Hotel erinnerte an die Höhle in " TIME MACHINE". Das Tor dazu quieschte lautstark, Tag und Nacht. Und unser Zimmer war fast genau darüber. Das Photo der Außenansicht im Internet vermittelt zudem einen Eindruck, der anderes vermuten läßt. Das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung war also unangemessen auf der Seite der Leistungen.

We had breakfast every morning (waffles and sausages or pancakes and bacon with coffee and orange juice). The location was perfect and was not only easily accessible to the Main Street and the Roam Bus system but we could also easily access hikes like Bow River Falls, Cave & Basin/the Marsh Loop, and Tunnel Mountain. The facilities were all clean and the hot tub was the perfect place to wind down after a long hike. Also the front desk allowed us to borrow a can of bear spray for the week which saved us from needing to purchase our own, we just returned it at the end of our stay. We were there for a week and it was a great stay.
- DHDar Athey HillOct 3, 20254.0The room was very nice. We had our dog with us, and our room had a sliding door that opened onto a grass lawn area. Perfect! Location on the edge of town made it quieter. Breakfast was included. It was only average.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, our room was very quiet on the 3rd floor with a small balcony. The hotel has A/C, free parking, free breakfast and coffee, fridge and microwave in the room. It's not the fanciest hotel but it was more than adequate for our trip to Banff. Very walkable and a quieter location than further up Banff Ave. Yes, it's not cheap for a basic nice hotel but that is how it is in Banff and compared to others in the area we thought it was a good value for the money. All of the staff was very helpful and it had everything we needed.
- TMTerri MoreauSep 21, 20255.0Location is great. A bit down from the main downtown area but close enough you can walk or jump on the bus. Our room was a nice size with a nice balcony you could sit out on and see the mountains! Breakfast was adequate with warm and cold options. Coffee/French vanilla/hot chocolate machine (along with tea) in the lobby always available which was great! I would highly recommend staying here!
