The breakfast far exceeded my expectations—so many fresh, delicious options that went above and beyond what most hotels provide. The managers were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a stressful, emergency trip much easier. What impressed me most was the cleanliness and attention to detail. In an era when many hotels have cut back on room cleaning, BWP still delivers: clean towels daily, fresh soap and lotion, and beds perfectly made every morning. Traveling to Austin often, I’ve noticed not all hotels maintain this standard, so staying here was truly refreshing. Thank you to the entire staff for turning what could have been a difficult stay into such a positive experience. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Austin

Their hospitality really stood out and made the stay feel welcoming. That said, the room itself could use some updates. The shower was on the smaller side, and I noticed some stains on the walls. The biggest challenge, though, was the thinness of the walls. Noise from adjacent rooms and even from the hallway carried easily, which made it difficult to feel fully comfortable or private. Overall, the service was excellent, but the accommodations would be much better with some updates and soundproofing improvements. I wouldn’t stay again.. just because the main reason for staying at a hotel is to have a restful night.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL! The breakfast was superb! My husband and I both commented on how well cooked the sausage was. The rooms and bathroom were a bit smaller than the others I've stayed in, but it was very clean and cozy. As unimportant as it may seem, I appreciate the "hotel smell" that it had. 🤷🏽♀️ When I walk into a hotel, I expect it to have a hotel smell. 😄😄 Anyway, I'm glad it did! The staff was very friendly as well!
