  My husband and I stayed October 10, 2025, we have a miserable experience. This is nothing compared with the previous stayed in others BW. We stayed for one night. I'm a recent kidney transplant in Augusta. The bed have a iron tube that heat my foot and still suffering from it... the toilet keeps making a flushing sound every often and at night we wasn't able to rest... the windows shape curtains don't close until the bottom and even if you turn off the lights, the room is bright at night... the usb plugs don't work either the coffee machine... the receptionist was eating and talking to us while making the check in... We will attach some of the pictures... Be careful with choosing this hotel or brand... Not even a one star for this stay.

  You charge for early check in. Nickel and dime patheticness. This last time staying at a Best Western. I've never once been charged for checking in early. Good to know for the future.

  Was a pleasant stay. Quiet area. A bit dated but pretty clean and no bugs after extensive search. Price was good. I would definitely recommend due to price, comfortable stay and nice staff.

  We had to switch rooms because the first one the bathroom sink was held together with duct tape and leaking all over the floor. That rug hadn’t been swept because there was wire and trash. The second room the carpet was unswept and the bathroom had hairs in the sink and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. It had the red tint of bacteria. Literally poo splatter on the toilet. I found the cleaning closet and cleaned it myself. Disgusting! I just hope the bedding is switched out, just wrong.
