I asked for a confirmation email during 3 separate phone calls only to not receive it. We get to the hotel and the rate was showing as 309 per night and there was no record of the rate I was quoted anywhere! Plus, my request for an email was not delivered bc when I got here my address and email address was incorrect and not what I gave as an email address. I am thoroughly disgusted and the customer service has been abhorrent.

- WWWilfredo (Will)Oct 6, 20255.0Very nice hotel and pet friendly if traveling with your babies but it is 50 dollars fees for your pet which I consider it a bit high since must hotel Charge $ 10 dollars Specially if your baby is a 10 pounds Chihuahua, I will say that is the only down points 👇 since I had a great stay there.
