I stay at Best Western’s during all my travelings and this one seemed the most sketchiest. They charged the card I put on file while I was on my way, I was going to charge another card when I got there but they automatically charged the one on file without my permission. Second, when we checked in they asked for a $150 hold for damages. I understand that. But out of all the Best Western’s I’ve stayed at, they have never asked me for any holds. But when I checked out I asked for a receipt for the $150 hold and they could not give me one, instead she took a photo of the transaction on the computer with my phone. Which honestly is so weird! After a few days, I did NOT get my $150 back! I called them and she said she would call me back and didn’t, plus she claimed she was manager on duty, which then I found out is a lie because I received an email from the GM. I’m currently fighting with my bank about the $150 because they can’t find anything on it even though there is proof of a transaction. So this hotel took my money 🤷♀️
firstly, the front desk lady said I cursed her out when I didn’t even talk to her once except for a hello everytime I left the hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and unmade when I got to my room, the service was horrible asked for soap and got nothing, they ignored me and did nothing. refused to give me towels, food was stale all the time at breakfast.

Not the nicest, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful...and the breakfast in the morning really hits the spot.

After having a very unpleasant experience at another hotel nearby, I immediately booked a room at the Best Western the same day and did not regret it one bit! This is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel for an event at the NOS center in San Bernadino and I should've remembered to book here first! Both years I was greeted by Aura who was nothing but helpful. I recognized her again this year and it was great to see her again! I will only be staying here whenever I go back.

El hotel es bonito y amplio, pero no es buena onda que llegues y desde el primer día te quieran robar tu dinero, le quise cambiar a la señorita que atiende el domingo 73 dólares en monedas y solo quería darme 23 dólares pensando que soy un tonto, ayer lunes le dije a la otra recepcionista que me cambiara el servicio de limpieza hasta el martes, no lo hicieron, se metieron a mi cuarto que yo rente que yo pagué a revisarlo y revisar mis pertenencias y no una, varias veces las revisaron, hoy martes que hago mi check out me roban descaradamente 20 dólares que porque mi hija tiene más de 12 años cuando yo desde un principio puse las edades en la app y nadie me dijo que tenía que pagar ese extra Fee, no sé los recomiendo si eres extranjero, se aprovecharán de ti
