I travel a ton for work and on trips with family. never have I been so insulted by a front desk clerk in my life. not sure the name pony tail frog looking gentleman. I booked a 2 bed suite for a family of 5, pregnant wife 3 small children, 1 being 11 months. was told I had to get separate rooms because of fire code. I challenged this due to the age of the children, his reply was it does not matter the size of the body, just the body. He then said 2 rooms, I agreed but he said we could not be in the same room or we would be kicked out. No man splits up with his wife and kids in a strange area. Guy was a complete tool. left and found better accommodations for 30 dollars more and issued a full refund from expedia.

The refrigerator didn’t work- the room did not match the photo of the one I booked. When I went downstairs to ask for that specific room since that’s the one that I thought I originally booked they told me it was the presidential suite and it was unavailable. That is false advertising to have that room picture posted for a completely different room. I will not return. Room also smelled horrible and the whirlpool tub was also disgusting so I didn’t even use it. Dirty sheets and blankets were left in the room from previous guests. Staff was wonderful but that doesn’t make up for the experience. Will not return.

The good: Staff was friendly. Room was (initially) clean. Close to Six Flags, Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Stadium, etc. Breakfast was "okay."8 The bad: Waited over an hour past check-in for my room to be ready. Myriad other guests given their room first. Broken ADA handle in the tub upon check-in (fixed when reported). Room was NEVER refreshed during our stay. Never provided us with enough towels, unless we requested more. Would not willingly assist with simply holding a rented ADA scooter, until the rental company retrieved it. Very noisy property. The pool was ice cold, and had no towels without being requested. Room keys stopped working after one night. Poor communication amongst the staff, due to language barriers (e.g., Hindi and Spanish). The ugly: We'll never stay here again, and would recommend others do the same until service is improved.

A Solid, Budget-Friendly Stay (But Bring Ear Plugs!) Overall, this hotel offers a great value for the price, and I would choose to stay here again. It was nice, felt very clean, and had a pleasant, welcoming aroma in the common areas. The staff were consistently nice and friendly, which really enhanced our experience. I stayed with my husband and our 7-month-old daughter, and she seemed comfortable throughout our visit. The hotel is generally quiet, but be aware it's located right next to a busy highway. We did find the highway noise made it a little difficult to sleep at times. Room & Amenities We had a room with one king bed and a pull-out sofa. The pull-out sofa could use an upgrade, but it was perfectly usable. The restroom was well-stocked with two sets of large, medium, and hand towels. They provide their own basic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which were decent—nothing luxurious, but they certainly got the job done. Our main issue was with the A/C unit. It was an "all or nothing" situation: you were either warm or cold, with no comfortable in-between. We had to turn it off and on constantly throughout our stay to regulate the temperature. Breakfast & "The Store" The complimentary breakfast was just okay. They offer a standard selection of waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, bagels, and bread. The hot items—the eggs and pale sausages—were watery and unappetizing. It's fine for a quick bite, but don't expect a gourmet start to your day. A major negative was the ridiculously high prices in the hotel's little shop. Our last night, we paid $30 for two hot pockets, two drinks, chips, and cookies. That's corporate pricing at its worst. I highly recommend taking a short walk to the Shell gas station nearby, where you could easily get twice as much for under $30. The Final Verdict Ultimately, you get what you pay for, and this hotel is a solid choice in its price range. While you can't expect perfection (like a seamless A/C system or five-star breakfast) without paying a much higher rate, this hotel does a good job with the basics: comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service. If I had to choose between this hotel and another comparable option, I would choose this one.

There were several issues with the hotel that we felt was an unsatisfactory stay. With other hotels in the area of the same price point, we would not recommend staying. 1) The bed pillows were square, ones that you use on a sofa. They were very hard and to tall creating neck cramps and soreness. 2) The shower soap dispenser was empty and the Kleenex had one tissue only. The housekeeping needs to do a better job at restocking. 3) The USB and electrical outlets were housed on the bedside lamp. They were worn out and had connectivity issues. My guest used a medical devise while sleeping and the device continuously was turning off due to the electrical outlet issues. 4) The air fresher the hotel chose to use in their vitalization system had a very strange smell. 5) The breakfast was an absolute fail. It should be an embarrassment to the hotel. I watched numerous people walk in, look at it and leave. The juice dispenser was completely empty, it had four juice choices and all were empty. The coffee machine had a sign on it that it was out of order. There was one apple for a fruit choice. The cereal area was a dirty mess and there was not any milk if you wanted to choose cereal as a food item. The eggs and sausage looked as if they were reused for several days and just been rewarmed. There were four pieces of wheat toast and no other bread or pastry items. 6) The front desk never once answered the phone when attempting to contact them. They also never responded to their text messaging system.
