- JPJS POct 15, 20255.0Loved this hotel! Got a room with multiple beds, and it was so spacious and clean. Comfy beds. The customer service was friendly. And the breakfast was amazing. Eggs to order and waffles, and lots of other nice options. My kids joked that the only bad thing was the room was so big, that dad walked into the wall trying to get back to the bed in the middle of the night after using the bathroom. Happy with our stay and would recommend.

The breakfast couldn't have been better! It had the fruits and juices, teas and coffee. It also has a make your own yogurt area, hot and cold foods, a waffle station and even a made-to-order omelet chef. There is a specialty coffee and hot cocoa maker at the check in area available round the clock. While they have a laundry area for guests, you are able to access these only with an APP on your phone. A bit confusing, but I was glad to have it close. This and seemingly limited parking were the only negatives we had.

Though facilities are a bit dated, everything was clean and well maintained, no odd smells, and only minor carpet stains. I booked their top suite (2 bedrooms + living room + kitchenette), which was spacious and comfortable for two people. Only downside was the very low shower water pressure, not sure it's just my room or a common issue. Staff were limited but polite and helpful. One highlight is the breakfast exceeded expectations: made-to-order eggs (omelets or fried), not just the usual boiled or scrambled which is common for such level hotel. Note: Best Western Plus hotels are franchises, so there might be small differences between locations, but overall the experience is quite consistent.
