- SSsmiles3081Sep 8, 20252.0Toilet was not anchored to the floor. This posed a very serious risk of injury for anyone, let alone a disabled individual. Handicapped accessible room's shower bench was covered in rust and who knows what else. Vents were not fastened to the walls. Screws were angled out past the vents themselves. I'd watch something on the device you brought. The Spectrum cable doesn't work like it should. Very poor signal throughout the building.
- JJJake JohnsonAug 28, 20252.0My biggest complaint is that there was a massive renovation in progress during my stay, which was not disclosed on the website prior to checking in. This resulted in no elevator access to the first floor, which made for a problem with luggage and figuring out how to get to the lobby due to the stairwells being under renovation as well. You would have to exit the building and then go around just to talk to the front desk. The Hot Tub was also closed and not indicated on the website. The breakfast consisted of moldy oranges and cold eggs. The renovation on the exterior resulted in the painters tapping up the exterior A/C units to paint, which resulted in an ungodly hot room, no matter how low the A/C was set. And to top it off, the morning I was leaving, I discovered small bugs in my bed upon waking up. Very disappointed because this hotel seemed nice online and had a lot of potential. Take this as a warning: do not stay here!

I had several obstacles with the canceled flight. She went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Christina from the bottom of my heart for your compassion and kindness!!!! Great manager!!!
- KSKelly SaundersAug 1, 20251.0We dubbed this the worst western. Dirty room, with previous customers dirty socks, pistachio shells, and straw covers in plane sight. Bathroom mirror not cleaned and had design smudges from previous occupants. We were trying to turn off the AC because it was so cold and turned on the heat by accident and before we could turn it off the worst smoking dust smell filled the room - right as we were going to sleep. To top it off both the hot tub and pool were closed. Do not recommend for cleanliness alone
