Location is quite good near the park entrance. The rooms are modern and spacious. The parking is free and there is more than enough space. They do not store the luggage for a couple hours and the frontdesk could be friendlier. Nevertheless a good hotel for visiting the Great Smoky Mountains.

Not the best. Would not return. I wanted to give it a 2.5. My wife wanted to give it a 2. Overall rating (3) is based on that it is a budget chain so i didnt expect stellar. I gave it a good location rating only because it's in the middle of the commercial district. Some may like that. I dont like all night traffic. Couch in room was stained a lot, was thread bare with strings having fallen off onto the floor. They were there when we checked in. They were there when we checked out 3 days later. Wouldn't even sit on it or put anything on it. Wife refused to walk around barefoot. No shelf or counter to even put your glasses on in the bathroom. Those "bathroom" amenities are in the living area near the door. Brushing your teeth or washing hands etc is done in full view of anyone in the "living" room. My wife was throwing up 1 hour after eating their breakfast. I was queasy. I have a cast iron stomach. Barely enough seating. Eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy for biscuits all COLD. Coffee urn empty, very small muffins. You would need 5 or 6 to make a real one. Crossover has been hit by high vehicles multiple times over past year and not fixed. Large holes in ceiling of crossover still there Elevator is possessed. Parking is tight or you could park in the empty dirt lot next door. Ice cream sandwich from vending area was covered in frost under the wrapper. Inedible. Desk person gave us wrong information regarding off site meeting which we were told to get from them. Light from the big sign from hotel next door shined in despite room darkening shades. Its a big, bright sign. Bed was made once out of 3 nights. Small wrappers left on night stands. Bugs flying around the room seemed to come from the sink. Overall would put this on par with a better motel 6 because the doors closed, although with some effort.

My sister in law and I just got back from a 4 day trip to Pigeon Forge. The check in by text was a nice touch. It made our check in go much faster with very little wait time at the front desk. It was nice to see that the room and hotel photos matched the photos online. We had a room with double beds and a balcony over looking the parkway. The room was extremely spacious, clean and the price was good. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the evenings. We didn’t really notice much noise from the traffic unless our balcony door was open. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very clean as well. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful . The food was very good with great options each morning. The area was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Some reviews mentioned the elevator being slow, but we didn’t see an issue. It seemed to us that it was just that the door took a little long to close. But we just pushed the close button and we had no issues at all. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a Girl's trip and the Loft room was very nice. The balcony was very clean. The staff was prompt and amazing. My bed was very comfortable. However, the bathtub was very slippery. So, be careful. If you are looking to stream anything on the tv, make sure you bring an HDMI cable. I never would've chosen a Best Western, but this stay made me reconsider Best Westerns. Loved our Stay and we were close to a lot of places.
