- VOVioleta Montes de OcaOct 21, 20253.0This hotel was not good because of two big problems: No Drinking Water: There was no free water in my room. The water fountain at the gym was broken, and the machines that sell water were empty. It was hard to get a drink! Locked Out at Night: One night when I came back around 10:00 PM, the front door would not open with my key card. I called the front desk on the phone, but nobody answered! I had to find another person staying there and ask them to let me in. This felt unsafe. Walls are thin, because I could hear another guest snoring. Also, the breakfast was terrible. I won't be staying here again.
- DCDAWN CARTEROct 14, 20252.0You get what you pay for. Bathrooms are not cleaned and bed linens had holes and black markings. Stayed there for two nights and upon arrival saw a long blonde hair in the sink. Bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned prior because when using a hand towel to wipe off spilled water from the floor, the hand towel was brown from the dirt. Brought these concerns to the front desk with pictures and requested a thorough cleaning. Came back hair was still in the sink, but the sheets were changed. Didn’t bother to check if the floors have been cleaned. Positives, less than 20 mins from Disneyland Resort, free parking and breakfast, and spacious room.

The room was clean, bed and pillows were really comfortable, the area feels very safe but the room walls are bare. It needs some art work, decor or something. It didn't feel very cozy or pleasant. Would be staff there again Yes.

- LWLiz WaiteSep 20, 20254.0Typical hotel for being in the city, the room was good, the bed was comfortable. No views. You had to play with the valve to get the water to the shower head. Soap/shampoo dispensers gave out too little for each pump. Other than the spicy sausage the breakfast was great! All of the staff is very friendly!
