Building nice however from a contractors point of view whoever built this place was an unskilled contractor . The tile work all over us the worst I have ever seen. Nothing is squared up. Horrible job building this place. Besides worthless contractors the staff is great. There's a lot of food places very close. Does need more yard for animals. Very clean. Workout room was great. Hot tub awesome. Very quiet. Will love to come back.

Only to continue to be passed on to the next person in search of a refund. The manager never return your call nor does Priceline or Best Western. Receptionist and manager of hotel are rude and act as if customer service is an issue or a bother. It’s become a joke how the issues with this hotel have been handled.
