It has covered parking, good breakfasts, friendly, polite staff, a filtered water dispenser for water bottles, coffee, tea and juice near the atrium. This will be our spot to stay in Santa Cruz.

The staff here made me feel welcome and “at home.” They have a great breakfast bar (my son loved the waffle station), handicap parking, and they were accommodating with my pets. It’s close to all the Santa Cruz events (farmers market, midtown Fridays, MAH, etc). Plus a nice big hot tub!

They have helped me have a home away from home. The hot tub is huge, and has been great for winding down. I work remotely & their WiFi has been able to handle all the zooms & Google Meets I’ve needed to do. Thank you Best Western on Ocean & Soquel in Santa Cruz!

The first time we stayed here it was a great experience so we decided to stay again but this time was not so good .Employees should probably see who is actually parking in the parking garage instead of charging everyone with a car
