I had a great stay at the Best Western Plus near Salt Lake City Airport. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast, even though I arrived late at night. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything I needed. The airport shuttle was super convenient and on time, and the free breakfast was much better than most hotels in this price range. Great value, great service — I would definitely stay here again!

There was an incident where someone was messing with the cars in the parking lot while I was getting out of my car, they took off running when I yelled, when I notified the front desk it was dismissed.

We drove 15 hours from California this wasn't our choice to stay here. All other hotels were sold out. I see why this one had availability now. The whole second floor was a mess. I guess they are remodeling. The floors in the hallway made it seem like your gonna fall through, the breakfast was awful. The guy that checked us in told us the best spot to park for our vehicle to be safe was by the front door. The ac didn't work right . The only thing that was good was the showerhead and the shampoo/ conditioner. We paid 200 and were only there for four hours because it was suck a horrible experience

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels over the years and I have never experienced service as shockingly bad as what I dealt with at the here. If you’re considering staying here, let me save you the trouble…DON’T. The front desk is your first impression of any hotel, and in this case, it was a complete disaster. I was “greeted” if you want to call it that by someone named Viva, and to be perfectly honest, I have no idea how she still has a job. From the moment I approached the desk, her attitude was cold, condescending, and downright rude. No greeting, no smile, not even the most basic level of professionalism. It was like I was inconveniencing her just by existing in the lobby. She acted like every simple question was a burden. Her responses were dripping with sarcasm and eye rolling like I was too stupid to understand. It was honestly insulting. I wasn’t expecting a five star service but I was expecting to be treated like a human being. Instead, I got nothing but attitude and passive-aggressive behavior from someone who clearly hates their job and takes it out on guests. When the very first person you interact with makes you feel unwelcome you never want to go back. If this is the kind of person Best Western thinks should represent them, then the whole brand needs a reality check. To Best Western management if you care at all about your brand, I seriously suggest you take a hard look at who you're putting behind that front desk. Viva is singlehandedly destroying any chance this location has at repeat business. I will never stay here again, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. You’ve lost a customer permanently. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else. This place is a joke, and Viva is a prime reason why.
