- CHCash Haughey6 days ago2.0Buyer beware! Don't be surprised if they give you the run around and refuse to refund your $100 deposit. That's what they did to me. Blamed it on my bank taking too long. While, at the same time, didn't have any record of the credit back to my card. With other hotels, the credit is immediate or within an hour.
- GOGregg OstOct 22, 20254.0Very spacious and affordable room with quiet AC, nicely furnished. Very large and well ventilated bathroom. Pool was acceptable, but no towels are stocked there. Fitness room is mainly cardio equipment, with one broken cable machine ( frayed cable..signage says out of commission).. however the high bar still works fine for pull ups. Breakfast is rather basic. Parking lot large and well illuminated.. many restaurants within walking distance. Not far from Dallas Love Field.
- GMGigi MoeOct 20, 20251.0Don’t book this hotel nobody responded to your need and there is not good management and front desk staff don’t know how to taking care of a business and there place is not clean and they bed is not clean and we stay there and we find a something look like eeg of bugs in our bed when we wake-up in morning our body was itching very bad service I hope owner pay attention to this how’s working there because his going to lose customers 👎
- MMMia MunozSep 28, 20251.0I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was absolutely filthy the sheets had visible stains and clearly had not been changed. To make matters worse, I saw roaches crawling in the bathroom and near the bed, which was completely unacceptable. When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions or apology. The customer service was just as bad as the condition of the room. If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
- ZBZeid BitarSep 4, 20252.0Very old motel. Bathtub looked brown and carpet was moist with cigarette burns throughout. Other than that you get what you pay for I suppose. I’m very disappointed in the service as I accidentally booked the wrong date (it was after 12 am and booked the next day) and they refused to refund me. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this reception and greed of management shocked me for a brand such as Best Western. I’ll definitely look elsewhere from Best Western when booking from now on.
