- MCMissy Collard1 day ago5.0We checked in on 10/31 without a reservation. We booked our room in the south tower. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The building was one of the cleanest hotels and the room was really clean. Bed was comfortable. It was a great stay and we would highly recommend upgrading to a king sweet. Big thanks to the front desk ladies for getting us in at the last minute.

- NDNadine DieringerOct 7, 20251.0I stayed here a couple nights two months ago.....I did both reservations online which turned out to not be so great since I had to pay $50 on each night that I never received back....told the young girl who said she was the manager and she thought I was mean because I questioned her....I called after I left there and talked to a young gentleman and still no results...so I paid full amount and did not get good price since they kept the $50 each night....I apparently look old at my age and a easy target. I hope whoever needed the money so bad enjoyed it...put me in a pinch. I noticed too from the bank the $3.00 peanuts I bought in thee little shop was $8.54 on statement.....I usually always stay at Best Western......I definitely won't there....I travelled 30 years out of 61 and the front desk was the worst of ever dealt with

- ACA. L. ConnorSep 28, 20255.0Stayed here on 11 August 2025 on my way to Colorado. First time staying at this hotel and so glad I chose it. The hotel was located right in the heart of St. George. There are restaurants in every direction and easy to get to. You definitely have to drive…the road isn’t really walkable and especially in the dead of summer. There is ample parking all the way around the building and multiple exit doors and elevators at each end. This BW has clearly been renovated. The lobby was impeccably decorated and had an open coffee/tea bar and ice cold water with fruit added. There is also a well stocked market right near the front desk. When we checked in we got the floor I requested and the front desk person told us all about the amenities including a daily free happy hour in the building across from the lobby. We made our way to our room and got settled in. The room felt and smelled clean. The room was just what I wanted with two queen beds and an AC unit that worked to perfection. I love when there are multiple lamps around with different brightness settings including on the nightstand. The room was also equipped with a wet bar with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom was stocked with loads of towels which is always preferred. We did check out the happy hour which was pretty good and yes included cocktails. If you stay don’t skip it! The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a dog on a log. We got up early and departed. Our one night stay was just what we needed! Thank you, BW Abbey Inn!
