  The only "complaint" I have is that the in-room coffee packages, the soap, and the toilet paper were not refreshed daily. But, that's it. Everything else was excellent, from the check in process to the check out. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and plenty of room on the lavatory counter. The bed was comfortable; the room was easily accessible from the parking lot, even in the rain; the room was quiet, even being next door to the indoor pool and hot-tub; the parking lot is very accessible from the rear street (kinda crazy from the Parkway, but what isn't in the peak October season?); and even the landscaping (including mature trees in the back parking lot) made it feel more like a nice resort and "homey." And, everything was as clean as a pin. I really don't believe we would have changed a thing (except the toilet was a round "girl" potty, not an oblong "boy" potty). We have decided it will be our hotel of choice on all future trips to Pigeon Forge.

  Room was very spacious! The fireplace was really nice & unexpected. But the tv was placed on a wall parallel to the bed so we had to lay on our sides to watch it. TV should be placed over the fireplace

  Overall a good experience. Rooms were clean and good size TV. Beds were fine and pillows were firm but soft, (Not like most that are too fluffy and soft). Breakfast was good. Not the fanciest but lets get real do you really need a glass shower enclosure? Just a good, clean place to sleep and clean up.

  This place is such a dump! so outdated. My wife and I stayed there the 9th- 13th October of this year,and had such a bad experience. The box spring on our bed was from 1995, it says it on the tag that says ,do not remove.the sinks plumbing,was pitched the wrong way so all the spit and hair just sits in there and causes a fowl smell when brushing your teeth.the bed sounded like we where sleeping on metal trash cans when one of us rolled over,so uncomfortable I think I need a hip transplant ! Also,someone took a dump and didn’t flush in the pools men’s room,and it sat there for three days until finally I complained about it.the place was clean,but just and outdated dump.we waited in line for 45min for breakfast,stale biscuits and watery eggs,” cold watery eggs” the coffee was ok.oh yea one more thing,the elevator smelled like an electrical fire every time we rode.anyway,A DUMP! Stay at Hampton inns the owner of this dump replies to every bad review with the same answer,we’re sorry! Don’t stay at this dump,find a Hampton inn!bed bugs ?yup! Got bed bugs at your dump!thanks best western plaza inn.tnn Here it is a week later and this dump is still giving me problems.seems that they doubled charged me for my room so I’m fighting to get my money refunded, what a dump!

  After reading the reviews my best friend and I decided on BW Plaza Inn. When we decide to come to pigeon forge I looked and looked for a hotel that had 3 things we both wanted 1 a balcony 2 breakfast and 3 in door pool. And this hotel had all three plus more. I called the hotel to request a room on the top floor in the back by the back pool which we got. It is so quiet back here. The room was big and roomy and very clean!!! There were shampoo and conditioner and soap in the bathroom it had a refrigerator and a microwave. It had a 50 inch screen which we could see from both our beds. It also had a table and 2 chairs to eat on. I never not once saw any kinds of bugs at all. And yes the breakfast food is the same everyday but all of it was very good. We just ate different stuff everytime we went to breakfast. In my personal opinion I absolutely loved this hotel. Everybody was so nice even had a light bulb burn out in the bathroom I called the front desk and they sent the work to fix it ASAP. So when people complain about this hotel don't listen to them. This hotel is the best value place to stay. I don't think you will be disappointed at all. Thanks for reading my review. Have a blessed day 😊
