  There's ROACHES in the bathroom. The A/C doesn't work right. They're sending someone to spray the bathroom. They can't even move me because they're full up for the night. I'd leave but every other hotel in the area is booked. I'm disgusted. I'm only here for a night thank God.

  While visiting friends in Plaquemine, we stayed here for convenience. Although the room was acceptable clean, the beds were horrible. You could feel the springs! The shower was broken. Only the hot water was working, so I had to go to my friend's room. As a disabled person, little sleep was had due to the bed. I will buy a memory foam topper if we ever have to stay here again. Use to travel frequently, and a topper saved me from no sleep many times.

  My wife and I arrived to this hotel at about 10:45pm from driving an hour and a half for a tournament. We checked into the hotel and was given room 202 which we found was INFESTED with bed bugs on our kids pillows and bed. We had to come down tired and exhausted to get another room and no refund or reimbursement was issued! The next morning we also came down to eat hotel breakfast and one of our kids found 2 strands of very long brown hair in his scrambled eggs and breakfast sandwich which he took a bite out of.
