- JMJade McClanahanOct 26, 20251.0I recently stayed at your hotel for one night, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. Firstly, I encountered a serious issue with billing. I was charged twice for one room, amounting to $197.07 for each charge. Despite spending over an hour at the front desk trying to resolve this issue, I was told by your staff that there was no way to refund one of the charges, even after I presented clear evidence of both transactions. It took significant effort to finally receive a refund for one charge after insisting on getting the staff member's name. Additionally, upon entering my room, I found it to be in a less than acceptable condition. There were stains on the bed and pillows, marks on surfaces, and even hair in the bathtub. This obviously does not meet the cleanliness standards one would expect when booking accommodation. Considering these issues, I cannot recommend your hotel to others based on my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of service and cleanliness for future guests.

- CRChuck RockAug 12, 20254.0Quick check-in, the desk person was polite. The room was clean, and near the entrance. The shower/restroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The room was a good temperature. Everything in the room was clean and in working order. Will stay again if through this way again. Would recommend to others and have.

I had my 2 year old and wife in the car with me, we just wanted somewhere to sleep. Ended up getting another hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
- MAMicah AbayaJul 1, 20251.0Very bad experience, it smells horrible in the foyer and the manager wasn’t very helpful and didn’t answer my questions head on. The room was bad, there was stains on the sheets and dead bugs on the floor. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to be in a horror movie. Manager either needs to be fired or replaced because you are what you sell and this branch of best western is poorly managed from the service to the accommodations.
