  Swimming pool, hot tub, and gym. With a small fee, you get access to the squash courts 🙂

  Could not get reservation correct. 3 times had to call during busy schedule. Asked for compensation and not even a response. Free weekend would cover it at any location. Never had my integrity affected like this before. Disappointing

  I have been staying at the Best Western Richmond Hill for a few weeks whilst exploring Toronto. It has been a most enjoyable experience, Samir on reception is an absolute assest to the hotel. He is polite, professional and approachable. Always making time for me and my partner. He could do enough for us to make are stay any better. I would also mention Vitaliia and Amreen who are just as fabulous. Will definitely stay here again again. As the hotel was spotless and all staff were friendly and said hi.

  Superbe hôtel et personnel charmant ! Un peu loin du centre ville par contre ( 25mn en voiture ) Merci pour l’accueil !

  Stayed as part of a family holiday. The staff were really helpful and friendly. In particular Vicky on reception couldn't do enough for us, particularly when are plans changed and we needed to stay longer. She was very understanding and solution focused, we stay longer due to how efficient Vicky was.
