- MGMark GilbertOct 20, 20252.0Worst best western I have been to across several states. Too many issues but some are likely a timing issue. No dedicated parking so have to take very limited street parking on a busy street. Room had a closet door and window fall apart randomly, shower has no water pressure at all. No DND option so housekeeping somehow managed to change our room keys a day before we left so we got locked out. Front Desk wasn't very helpful and didn't even tell us where the room we had to stay in was, elevator was out of order and locals say it's always been broken. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the rooms next to you, as well as outside. Had to call local PD for a noise complaint at 2am for drunks in the front fighting, every night was something else with noise issues, protest at 9am with enough honking to wake the hotel. The only positive I can say about this hotel is the rooms were at least CLEAN.

When asked if a second floor room was okay— I disclosed that unfortunately it was not as I am 7 months pregnant and hauling luggage and my toddler. The response was well too bad because our first floor is booked. Well then don’t ask a preference. Also, the hotel is out of ADA compliance. Once we went over the hills and through the woods of the stairs in the building to locate our room. We found it average at best with stains on the carpet and just generally not great. If you have another option… I highly recommend it.
