He asked us if we wanted room service when we checked in. Room service means food brought to your room. Sterling argued with us and said that it meant maid service. He's been rude to us both days we've been here. He needs training in customer service. His is sadly has very poor attitude toward guests.
- SXShirley XuAug 3, 20252.0The room is clean and simple! There is a lot of noise after 11:00pm! The sound of talking walking around in the corridor outside the room, and the sound of footsteps walking upstairs. The next room is laughing and talking. It's really noisy... very bad
