  My wife and I stayed here over the weekend for our anniversary, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The room was not as nice as advertised, and the $250 deposit felt excessive and shady. The soap dispensers in the shower were completely empty (no complimentary bars or bottles provided either), which was frustrating since my wife ran out of her personal soap. A cleaning staff member even walked into our room at 9 a.m. while my wife was changing. Check-out wasn’t until 11 a.m. so this was extremely unacceptable. We also found a dead bug in the bed, and the TV setup was extremely basic with no casting options even though casting options are advertised all over the bedroom tv. The only positive experience we had was the hot tub, but that could not make up for the inconveniences of our stay. Overall, it felt like a cheap experience considering what we paid, as well as that ridiculously high deposit rate. We won’t be returning and cannot recommend. Feels like hotels such as these have really gone the way of fast food. Overpriced, impersonal, and cutting corners.

  My daughter's volleyball team stayed here for a volleyball tournament September 26, 2025. Upon arrival, our Coach was told there were no rooms available even though she had a confirmation number and had already been charged for the rooms. Our girls were then put in Motel rooms in another building. One room smelled like smoke, another had bugs. Unsafe conditions for our girls that needed to play in a tournament the next day. My daughter was woken up at 1AM by someone banging on her door. Our team got to the hotel at 9:30PM. We had catered pasta for them for supper. After being told there were no rooms for the girls in the hotel, we were also told that we could not use the microwave or table area to eat our food. Parents offered to clean up after our kids. We were told to eat outside or we could use the microwave in the rooms. Rooms we didn't have. This was a nightmare experience for our kids and Coach who did everything she needed to do to confirm a safe stay for our kids.

  Had to make an emergency stop for one night. Room had everything you need. Shower worked great. Staff at check in and check out were great.

  Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. My bathroom renovation from hell landed me here for a month. (I only live five minutes away.) They extended my stay and even put my parents up under short notice. I super appreciate their generosity and hospitality. The outdoor pool is lovely. The kind staff turned a nightmare situation into a tolerable one for me.
