- IOIzzy OseSep 8, 20251.0It’s the second time that it’s either there is no water and we could not take a shower after booking for a suite or there is literally no shower gel or body wash bar to actually be able to leave clean. This is the last try cos I had to call the front desk to complain and they called the police because I complained.. that’s how incompetent the workers are at this point. Given a handicapped suite when I booked a normal suite is the worse. I never been treated this manner in any hotel I have ever been and I am literally a traveler. It’s a shame that they can’t keep up to the best western standards.
