    Worst Customer Service Worst beds Bad breakfast Very VERY disrespectful staff Staff would not allow me to speak to a manager or a GM. Will never use Best Western again because of this location in BiG Springs Texas due to the me attitude of Vicky Patel and Briana Was woke. Up at 3am and they did not want to be accountable. Not hot water,

    I would not stay here again. We arrived at 9pm after traveling a long time ready to shower and rest but when we checked in they said they had no running water and we agreed to stay because they assured us it would come on by latest 11 pm. We checked on and there was still no water and I did asked for a partial refund but they said the manager would call and ofcourse they never did. Completely unacceptable to not have running water when we have small children with us. They also did not have the courtesy to make it up to guest and people prior to us have the water shut off since 2 pm. Also because of the dirty smell of the blankets you could tell they don’t switch them out unless they visibly look dirty.

    ⭐ 1/5 – Would give zero if possible Stayed October 17–20 (2025). Checked in at 6 PM to find there was no running water in any rooms. Staff promised it would be fixed by 10 PM — it never was. I checked out the next morning (Oct 18) due to the same issue. I booked through a third party and spent three days chasing both the hotel and Super.com for a refund. The hotel claimed it couldn’t issue one without third-party approval — which isn’t true. I’ve booked through third-party sites for years; hotels can cancel and refund from their end anytime. After a week of runarounds, I even left work early and drove an hour to speak with the general manager in person in which he was reading his email to 3rd party out loud which end up being a lie also. Rooms here cost over $100 a night, but the service and accountability were worse than a budget motel. The first-shift manager also gave me attitude and hung up on me when I asked about the refund on Oct 21. Travelers beware: this hotel will take your money even when they fail to deliver basic utilities.

    Stay the other night with a friend for work and they had roaches by the kitchen and in the rooms and one even crawled over my head when I was asleep we complained but they said management would be in the next morning and never called and the guy at night doesn’t know what he doing we waited 35 min to check in when we had a reservation
