  Our room was dirty. The pillows on one of the beds had make up and crusty stuff on 2 of the pillows. I’m certain they did not get changed. We ended up just taking the pillows off all the beds and put our own blanket on top and slept on that. Had it not been 2 am and we had been driving almost 8 hours, we would have left. Then we got up this morning and there were hairs ALL in the bathtub and on the shower walls. There was also old shampoo or conditioner that was dried on it. I opted against a shower, as that’s too gross for me. The bedding also smelled like someone had an animal in there before us. Told the front desk lady upon check out and she seemed disinterested and wasn’t helpful at all. Just said she made a note about it. Definitely wouldn’t stay again or recommend unless you’re desperate.

  Worst room I've gotten in awhile, floor was dirty, trash still in the can, hair on the sink and in the tub, no hot water

  There is no elevator so we had to carry luggage up stairs. The place seemed decent until we got into the room, it reeked of smoke and then heavy baby powder smell to try to cover it. The door lock was completely broken off. Seems like they may have recently remodeled the rooms but the smell made us sick. Luckily we only stayed for a few hours. Breakfast was okay, not a ton of selection but it was enough for a light breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

  The breakfast was amazing. The room was perfectly clean. The front desk service at 2am when we pulled in was amazing and quick. Absolutely recommend to anyone passing through

  Warm and welcoming front desk staff (Meda). Quiet rooms and convenient access for travelers. First floor hallway had a foul smell as well as our room. Asked Meda if we could switch and she obliged. Other room smelled the same so she let us borrow a can of Febreeze for the night. Ended up using it three times to be able to go to sleep. Also had two roaches in our room (would have mentioned at check out but no one was at the desk when I dropped off the keys). If we hadn't been so exhausted from a full day of driving we would've found another place. Breakfast selection was good but the apple and orange juices from the machine tasted strange.
