  Great Location, Easy Check-in Process, and delicious breakfast! Upon check-in at this hotel, we notice how nice the front desk attendant was! He clearly explained the hours of operation for breakfast, Wi-Fi password if we needed it and even asked what floor we preferred to stay on. When we came down the next morning for breakfast we met a wonderful woman named Diane who asked if we needed anything after a very cheerful good morning! She helped us throughout our time at breakfast while also making sure the breakfast area stayed stocked up. She even recommended the yogurt parfait (which was delicious) Overall I would advise this hotel to anyone who is passing through Chicago or wants to be near Chicago but away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

  Hotel location was perfect for us. Room was very clean, along with the rest of the hotel. Jenny, at the front desk was very nice and helped to ensure our son, who checked in the next day, had a room ready right across the hall from us. Breakfast was the normal hotel fare but was warm and good. Will definitely stay here again.

  We had the joy of having Diane as our breakfast attendant. She is the best that I have had at any hotel and I’ve stayed in a lot. Diane always had a smile on her face and was so attentive. We had several great conversations and she interacted with my 4 year old so good. When my oatmeal overflowed in the microwave, i was cleaning it up when she came over and told me to go enjoy my breakfast while she did that. She even made me a new bowl of oatmeal. She also didnt start taking the food away early like the other attendant did every morning. She made my day that morning. The next morning we didnt make it down for breakfast but as we were checking out, I saw and she told me she was looking for us that morning. So we got to see her one more time and thank her again for her amazing customer service. She truly cares about the people and takes pride in her work! Thank you Diane! You’re the best!!!

  Checked in on a Sunday (for work) and Jenny at the front desk couldn't been more nicer or informative. Told me what local places delivered food, and even asked what floor I preferred. My room was very clean and spacious (even with 2 beds).... If my family ever comes up here I'm definitely checking in here. Thank you !

  We are local but wanted to have some time away and enjoy a quick staycation. I booked ahead to get the best rate, which was very reasonable and easy to make, got here in the afternoon with my family and immediately felt a heartwarming welcome from Benjamin who very easily and quickly checked us in, answered questions we had, told us about breakfast hours, pool closing time, gave us fresh towels for the pool and our choice of room on the first or second floor. He immediately made it obvious this was the right choice of hotel for our staycation, we are really satisfied how friendly and professional he did his job, we won’t hesitate to come back.
