We wanted to point out the staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful. They seemed to know everything about that was going on in Buffalo and out of town as well, including border crossing, laundromats in the hotel area and others. The information in the hotel about close restaurants, information and maps of Buffalo and the area are great.

- CJChris JamesOct 11, 20251.0Bring your own earplugs. I spent $300 a night for a king bed suite located directly behind the concierge. When the phone rings - you will hear it. When the elevator runs - you will hear it. When a group of men start arguing in the lobby at 5am talking about selling crack cocaine - you will hear it. When they start cooking breakfast at 6am. - you will smell it. The first floor rooms in this hotel should not exist. These are one star rooms and should be priced as such. They don’t even have ear plugs to give you!
