  The surrounding areas of the hotel is very clean. I am there at least once a week. Very safe environment. Going inside of the hotel. It is comfortable. Customer service is outrageous. Every room that I've been in super clean. Smells very well, never had a problem with the hot water. The temperature. In the rooms are consistent and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Customer service ready to help very professional. Very knowledgeable. Understands the. Surrounding demographics.

  Hotel was clearly understaffed when we visited. We arrived around 4:45 p.m. and there was a sign on the desk saying the clerk would be back shortly. We waited for ten minutes, then called the desk hoping someone would hear the phone ring. Waited longer, then called BW customer service. After 25 minutes of waiting (by then another guest had arrived as well), the clerk appeared, didn't apologize, just said that she was making up rooms and "couldn't be two places at once." What?! After we had dinner, I went to the pool for a swim - it was about 7:15 and the pool closed at ten. It was locked so i had to go to the desk and once again wait while the clerk helped someone else before she came out and unlocked the pool. In the morning, we had hoped for an early breakfast because we had a long drive that day. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6:45, but although the food was out, the breakfast room was dark. We turned on the lights and helped ourselves, then left. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the place was nice and quiet. It would be just about perfect if they had at least one more staff person.

  I had an very comfortable stay. Clean rooms, front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

  The rooms are clean and quiet but the staff, while not exactly rude, seemed to be annoyed by our very presence. This was our second visit to this property. The first time we were a late check in and the woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful in our attempt to find food since their restaurant had just closed for the night. The second visit the woman who checked us in appeared so annoyed with just that we never would have bothered to ask. When we checked out this morning the front desk made it a point to inform my husband that they were just waiting on us to leave because we were holding up housekeeping by still being there at 10 am. We probably won't come back. I'd rather travel another hour to Atoka when we make these trips. I at least don't feel like a nuisance for asking questions when we stay there. It could have just been a bad day for a few employees and we took the brunt of it but I don't know that for sure and there are always other options so we will try one of those.
