Customer service is outrageous. Every room that I've been in super clean. Smells very well, never had a problem with the hot water. The temperature. In the rooms are consistent and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Customer service ready to help very professional. Very knowledgeable. Understands the. Surrounding demographics.
- SWSallie WilliamsJul 12, 20253.0Hotel was clearly understaffed when we visited. We arrived around 4:45 p.m. and there was a sign on the desk saying the clerk would be back shortly. We waited for ten minutes, then called the desk hoping someone would hear the phone ring. Waited longer, then called BW customer service. After 25 minutes of waiting (by then another guest had arrived as well), the clerk appeared, didn't apologize, just said that she was making up rooms and "couldn't be two places at once." What?! After we had dinner, I went to the pool for a swim - it was about 7:15 and the pool closed at ten. It was locked so i had to go to the desk and once again wait while the clerk helped someone else before she came out and unlocked the pool. In the morning, we had hoped for an early breakfast because we had a long drive that day. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6:45, but although the food was out, the breakfast room was dark. We turned on the lights and helped ourselves, then left. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the place was nice and quiet. It would be just about perfect if they had at least one more staff person.
